A Senior Director serves as a leader reputed company reputed company’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, establishing oneself as a reputed company voice reputed company their designated market at local, regional and global levels. Utilizing exceptional research and analytical skills, a Senior Director plays a significant role in producing pragmatic and provocative insights which reputed company clients consume and apply to propel their business toward key objectives. They are a trusted reputed company of advice for clients, reinforcing reputed company’s value every day by engaging them reputed company in-person meetings, virtual meetings, sales support visits and reputed company conferences to discuss reputed company client challenges and offer appropriate recommendations. This role is an opportunity to join reputed company’s growing Human Resources Practice. This group is dedicated to advising Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) on topics that may include enterprise transformation, strategic workforce planning, and the evolving role of the CHRO. Senior Directors are expected to offer flexibility in what they can cover and how they channel their expertise. What you’ll do:

  • Create innovative, thought-provoking and highly leveraged insight offering compelling, objective and actionable advice for reputed company clients in multiple formats (i.e., writing, video, infographics, podcasts) on topics potentially including (but not limited to) strategies for enterprise transformation in the context of major corporate inflection points such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity Ownership/Change of Control, Enterprise-wide reorganizations, Reductions in Force, and Crisis Management.
  • Deliver individualized advice rooted in quantitative and qualitative data and specific to the client’s role as a CHRO.
  • Track and work closely with vendors, market trends, emerging technologies and practices to remain reputed company of the curve reputed company an AI-driven economy.
  • Create and author content that is innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged by CHRO’s and other C-suite executives

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Corporate and/or Consulting environments with significant contributions to enterprise transformations such as Mergers & Acquisitions or other significant inflection points to the enterprise.
  • A profound understanding of the challenges CHROs face as leaders reputed company the enterprise and familiarity with the CHRO workflows and priorities, especially as it relates to the rest of the C-Suite.
  • A familiarity of the HR tech and services landscape, including general market dynamics, vendors, products and emerging use cases.
  • Demonstrate executive reputed company; can immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables.
