Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing account updates, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with FINRA regulations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide inbound customer service support, addressing reputed company inquiries and escalating cases as needed

• Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• reputed company account updates, maintenance, and documentation to ensure accurate records
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients per service level agreements
• reputed company data entry and reconcile documents to maintain up-to-date information
• Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve service-reputed company issues
• Support escalation processes, service recovery efforts, and customer feedback remediation
• Review and recommend improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency
• Assist with training and mentoring less reputed company staff
• Provide Quality Assurance (QA) support, including enhanced QA reviews for FINRA-registered associates handling variable investment transactions

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (preferred)

• Customer service experience in financial services, insurance, investments, or banking
• Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification (or U5 status reputed company the 2-year FINRA window, in good standing)
• Experience working with organizational functions, personnel, and customer support tools
• Proficiency in using help desk software, fax machines, and telephone systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow written/oral instructions
• Experience with Lean/Six reputed company methodologies (certification preferred)

Work Environment

* Remote (USA)

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST (8-hour shifts)

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $35,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
