What You'll Be Doing
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their health plans, benefits, and eligibility
* Conducting research and making outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Assisting customers with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health accounts
* Recommending upgrades to customers' health plans and providing product and brand knowledge to support their needs
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
