Job Overview
The Medication History Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of reputed company) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing reputed company clinical and administrative tasks.
Shift:
You will be required to work reputed company from 8a – 11p, Sun – Sat.
Main Duties
- Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies.
- Document reputed company medication details in electronic records.
- Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with quality assurance data, clinical services, order handling, and support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims.
Qualifications
- State Pharmacy Technician License
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
- 2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience; 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals.
- Preferred: Prescription data entry and project coordination experience.
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Epic, Cerner and/or MediTech.
- Ability to work independently or reputed company a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills; emergency availability.

As part of reputed company, this role supports CarepathRx reputed company our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization. reputed company focuses on specialty pharmacy and infusion services in partnership with hospitals and health systems.
NOTE: You will be required to have reliable internet connectivity provided through a wired ethernet reputed company. A mobile or hot spot environment is not acceptable, and you may need to purchase an Ethernet cord depending on your reputed company set up.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 17.75 - 25 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
