Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Implementation reputed company / reputed company Services Consultant, you will
- reputed company identification, reputed company, reputed company, and readiness for pilot counties and Tribal Nation partners
- Build trusted relationships with agency leadership, supervisors, and reputed company workers to drive strong engagement
- Serve as the primary field implementation reputed company during design, build, testing, and deployment
- Ensure reputed company pilot activities align with reputed company-world operational needs and program workflows
- Support pilot go-live and stabilization, gathering stabilization needs and reputed company feedback
- Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with county and Tribal stakeholders
- Translate reputed company services policies and operational requirements into user stories and backlog priorities
- Maintain traceability between policy constraints, requirements, and system design reputed company
- Partner closely with MNIT UX and product teams, translating user research into actionable design recommendations
- Help define experience metrics—such as improved worker experience or reduced reputed company effort
- Serve as a central coordination reputed company across MNIT, DCYF, DHS, vendors, and pilot agencies
- Facilitate alignment between policy, business needs, and technical teams
- Establish feedback loops to ensure reputed company insights and measurable improvements
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 15+ years of experience in reputed company services, implementation leadership, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of county and Tribal Nation operations
- Experience leading large-scale pilots or technology rollouts
- Ability to translate policy and operations into actionable requirements
- Expertise collaborating across UX, product, technical, and business teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Previous experience with MNIT, DHS, DCYF, or Minnesota statewide programs
- Background in user-centered design or service design
- Experience supporting modernization reputed company eligibility, case management, or reputed company reputed company services systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Services, Public Administration, Social Work, Business, or a reputed company field
- Advanced degrees are welcomed but not required
- Relevant certifications (Agile, PMP, reputed company) are a plus, not a requirement

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $196,000–$208,000 annually or $118–$128 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on reputed company alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
