The People Operations (POps) team is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee experience and infrastructure needed to maintain a transparent and inclusive culture. From hiring, to creating competitive benefits packages, to overseeing our process for employee career development, to performance management and retention - the People team plays a critical role in cross-functional alignment and the overall management of the employee life cycle.

What you’ll do

• reputed company deep industry knowledge to reputed company high-quality candidates across a range of software engineering disciplines
• Effectively deliver thorough, clear communication regarding reputed company’s company culture and compensation structure to candidates
• Adapt to new engineering disciplines to quickly formulate and refine effective sourcing and hiring strategies
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of the autonomy/perception domain to document and reputed company light technical phone screens of early candidates
• Employ a customer-centric reputed company to support the hiring needs of engineering teams
• Effectively demonstrate strong communication skills to positively represent the organization externally

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Resources, Information Systems or reputed company area
• 4+ years of HR/reputed company experience, including 2+ years of direct reputed company experience
• Proven ability leading cross-functional hiring projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent coordination, organization and multitasking skills
• Keen attention to detail and appropriate handling of sensitive information
• Ability to reputed company communicate, escalate and problem solve as needed

The expected reputed company salary range for this full-time position in California is $106,560 - $159,840 USD. Actual starting pay will be based on job-reputed company factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and reputed company level. reputed company employees are also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual bonus programs, equity compensation, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
