Global Head EHS Seqirus
The Head of EHS for the Seqirus Unit is accountable for developing and executing a comprehensive EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability) strategy that ensures regulatory compliance, mitigates operational risks, and promotes a strong culture of safety and sustainability across reputed company sites and functions reputed company the business division. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Governance & Compliance
Establish and maintain business‑unit EHS standards, policies, and procedures in collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations across reputed company reputed company operations.
Implement governance mechanisms, including audits, performance reviews, and reporting systems, to ensure consistent and effective EHS program execution. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure the division meets Global, ISO 45001 (Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) standards.

Risk Management

Partner with Global EHS, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and Sustainability teams to integrate EHS considerations into key business processes.
Represent the business unit in enterprise‑wide EHS governance forums and cross‑functional initiatives.
Engage with external regulators, industry associations, and key stakeholders as needed on EHS‑reputed company matters.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or reputed company field required.
Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA) preferred.
Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or equivalent highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in EHS leadership roles, with a focus on commercial and affiliate operations.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing EHS compliance programs and risk management strategies.
Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
