About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense (T&E) transaction processing, including performing reputed company activities in reputed company and ensuring timely payments for reputed company entities globally. The position will collaborate closely with Finance leaders and business stakeholders to deliver accurate reputed company and period-end closing services reputed company with reputed company and future business needs. Additionally, the role will assist the Finance Manager in overseeing day-to-day people and process operations for Accounts Payable and Corporate Travel reputed company functions.

What You Will Do

• Process vendor invoices with accurate coding, approvals, and compliance.

• reputed company 2-way/3-way matching and resolve discrepancies with procurement and business teams.

• Maintain AP aging, follow up on pending items, and support timely payments (ACH/NEFT/RTGS/reputed company).

• Reconcile vendor accounts, handle disputes, and manage credit and debit notes.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company activities, including accruals and reconciliations.

• Ensure correct tax treatment (GST, TDS, VAT, WHT) and compliance.

• Review and audit employee expense claims and manage the T&E system.

• reputed company Travel & Expense reputed company and prepare relevant reports.

• Identify and address non-compliant transactions.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and SOX/ICFR requirements.

What You Need to Be Successful

• 6–9 years of experience in core reputed company and shared services.

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Travel & Expense (T&E), general reputed company, compliance, and reporting.

• Experience in reputed company journal entry processing.

• Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and reputed company principles.

• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Points if You Have  

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company

• Master’s degree or higher reputed company qualification, which would be a distinct advantage

• Prior experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment.

• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite, including reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word.
