Pharmacy Benefits Manager
Evaluates new concepts and solutions in the pharmacy benefit space and provides thought leadership that is consistent with reputed company’s global benefits principles. Leads design and reputed company processes that interpret new or emerging legislation and industry trends relating to pharmacy benefits. Drives reputed company benefit initiatives relating to pharmacy benefits, including developing roadmap and execution plans, and acting as project manager. Coaches the organization on mitigation strategies and potential legal and regulatory implications of prescription/pharmacy benefits changes by staying up to date on relevant legislation and policies; interacts with internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive mitigation of legal and regulatory implications. Establishes supplier relationships and negotiate competitive service reputed company (for new and reputed company suppliers) to define performance targets and deliverables.
