Responsibilities

As a Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Fielding inbound communication: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilizing knowledge of personal lines insurance: You will need to have a strong understanding of personal lines insurance and be reputed company to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
• Corresponding with customers and clients: You will be responsible for communicating with customers and clients reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Executing client service transactions: You will be responsible for executing various client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, and other tasks.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience: You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or insurance environment.
• 1 year of call center experience: You will need to have at least 1 year of experience working in a call center environment.
• High School diploma or GED: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be reputed company to communicate effectively with customers and clients.
