• Fabricate splints and recommend assistive devices as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise COTAs and home health aides, as applicable
• Follow reputed company home health regulations, infection control, and safety standards
