Your Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central module in both implementation and post‑go‑live environments.
• Support and maintain live Employee Central environments, including troubleshooting configuration issues, resolving incidents, and performing root‑cause analysis.
• Analyze business requirements, define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations reputed company with reputed company best practices.
• reputed company, execute, and support testing activities, including unit testing, UAT support, regression testing, and release validation
• Monitor compliance with global templates and blueprints
• Provide end‑user and HR support, including documentation management.
• Cooperate closely with other SuccessFactors consultants.
• Communicate proactively with various functional teams throughout the organization.

Experience and Education

• Minimum 2-3 years of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for a mid-level role
• Minimum 5 years of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for a senior-level role
• Certification of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central. 
• Proven full-cycle implementations - your true expertise is more important than your bachelor's degree.
• Full-professional proficiency in Polish, both written and spoken.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• German language skills would be advantageous.
• Knowledge in the additional SF modules and integration will be consider as an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Accountability for actions, especially under stressful situations.
• Commitment and determination in problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

• Salary tailored to experience – from 15,000 PLN  to 26,000 PLN gross
