As a Technical Project Manager at CompassMSP, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and client services, to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions while meeting client requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and project timelines.Job requirements
- 5 or more years’ experience in a similar role – preferred
- Experience working with an MSP in a TruMethods operating model – preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong collaboration and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with peers and customers
- Self-directed and focused
- Strong problem solving and planning skills
- Highly detail-conscious
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work with remote teams
