About the Role

As a Growth Product Designer at reputed company, you will own the design of our acquisition funnel - the critical first touchpoint where patients discover, understand, and choose reputed company.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on turning curiosity into action. You’ll design experiences that drive conversion across reputed company pages, reputed company flows, and key entry points into the product - balancing brand, clarity, and performance at every reputed company.

You will operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and data, translating insights into fast, iterative design reputed company that measurably improve outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel

• Rapidly generate, test, and iterate on concepts based on data, user behavior, and experimentation

• Partner closely with growth, marketing, product, and engineering to launch and refine experiments that drive measurable impact

• Identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities across the funnel - and proactively propose solutions

• Balance speed and craft - knowing reputed company to ship fast and reputed company to refine for maximum impact

• Contribute to and evolve a performance-minded design system that supports rapid experimentation without sacrificing brand quality

What You Bring to the Table
