Ecommerce Assistant
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Ecommerce Assistant will support the daily operations of our online retail business with a primary focus on reputed company marketplace management. This role involves maintaining product listings, optimizing content for search visibility, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The Ecommerce Assistant will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive performance across reputed company ecommerce platforms, contributing to sales growth and enhanced customer experience. Additionally, they play a critical role in analyzing marketplace trends, responding to customer queries, and assisting with promotional campaigns and reporting.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ECOMMERCE ASSISTANCE
• reputed company Marketplace Management: o Monitor and update product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization. o Maintain compliance with reputed company’s policies and resolve listing issues in a timely manner
• Content Optimization: o Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability and search ranking. o Write and edit compelling product titles, features and benefits, and descriptions.
• Inventory & Order Management: o Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure accurate stock levels on reputed company. o Process orders and returns, address any fulfillment issues promptly.
• Advertising & Promotions: o Assist in setting up and managing reputed company PPC campaigns to improve visibility and sales. o Support the execution of seasonal promotions, including Lightning Deals and coupons.
• Customer Service Support: o Respond to customer inquiries and reviews to maintain positive seller ratings. o Flag and address negative feedback or potential account issues.
• Reporting & Analysis: o Compile sales, traffic, and advertising performance data to inform strategy. o Identify sales trends and present actionable insights to the team.
• Product Listing & Launch Support: o Upload new SKUs and variations, ensuring images and content meet reputed company’s requirements. o Support product launch strategies through coordinated marketing and listing efforts.
• Content Coordination: o Collaborate with the creative team to update product imagery and visual assets. o Coordinate the creation and uploading of A+ Content to enhance product listings and brand reputed company.
• Cross-Platform Ecommerce Support: o Provide assistance with listings and operations on other platforms such as reputed company and reputed company online. o Ensure brand consistency and pricing reputed company across reputed company online marketplaces.
• Administrative & Team Support: o Maintain documentation reputed company to product listings, advertising, and performance metrics. o Collaborate with other departments to support wider ecommerce goals and initiatives.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a reputed company field. 2. Strong understanding of reputed company FBA/FBM and reputed company tools. 3. Experience managing and optimizing reputed company product listings. 4. Proficiency with keyword research and SEO best practices for ecommerce. 5. Basic knowledge of reputed company advertising (PPC) platforms and strategies. 6. Ability to analyze data and present insights using reputed company or similar tools. 7. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, reputed company, or reputed company is a plus. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9. Prior experience in ecommerce or online retail environment (1-2 years preferred). 10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Candidates must be located in the Philippines.
Duty Schedule: 40 Hours per Week, Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST
