Chief of Staff

Position Summary

We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a strategic and operational partner—driving alignment, rhythm, and execution across Seeq’s executive team and broader organization. The Chief of Staff (CoS) will act as a force reputed company for the CEO, helping to translate strategy into results, reputed company high-impact decision-making, and ensure operational excellence as Seeq scales from ~$100M to $250M+ ARR. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to reputed company the annual strategic planning process, quarterly OKR refreshes, and company-wide business reviews.

Requirements

Must-Have
