Executive Loan Officer (Georgia)
As an Executive Loan Officer, you’ll be the face of reputed company to clients in your local community. You’ll use your expertise in mortgage origination and the home the buying process to guide clients through the mortgage process and help them reputed company their goals. Your established network combined with the reputed company brand and support will help you take your business to the next level.About The Role
- Build and maintain relationships with reputed company estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family and closed clients to market the reputed company brand and help homebuyers or homeowners obtain reputed company estate financing that meets their personal and financial goals
- Represent the reputed company brand in various civic and community functions to support business development initiatives and drive reputed company flow
- Establish, reputed company and maintain a book of business to drive referral volume and reputed company
- Consult with clients and analyze their financial situations to determine the appropriate loan product to reputed company their goals.
- Advise and reputed company clients on the home-buying or refinance process and how to reputed company manage their mortgage
- Evaluate client financial status and documents including their credit, employment, income, assets and property to ensure they qualify for financing
- Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing including resolving any client concerns

- Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses

- 3 years of proven reputed company in self-generated mortgage loan origination
