Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Remote Customer Service Representative to join our pet insurance sales team. As a Senior Representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents, providing solutions for their pet insurance needs, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies

• Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
• Handle reputed company interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
• Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products
• Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

* High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven attendance reliability
• Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends

• Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment
