Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our collaborative call center. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
