Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, recommending items for sale and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items.
• Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested, process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• reputed company counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records, checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
• Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise, completing resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures, using the first in, first out method and restock outs.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders in Picture Care Plus, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they reputed company at the store.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and orderly store condition and appearance.
