About the role

We are looking for a reputed company Intern, working remotely but based in Barcelona, to support our People & reputed company in day-to-day recruitment activities. This is a role ideal for someone interested in HR, recruitment, and people operations, who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn how reputed company works in a fast-paced, international tech environment.

You will work closely with hiring managers and other internal teams, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a great candidate experience. You will also assist with on-site activities reputed company needed, such as employer branding initiatives or internal events.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the reputed company team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, and follow-reputed company).
• Assist with job posting creation and publication across different platforms (reputed company, job boards, ATS).

• Schedule interviews and coordinate agendas between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support candidate communication, feedback collection, and overall candidate experience.
• Help maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and CRM systems.

• Support internal HR and People initiatives reputed company required.
• Assist with on-site activities such as interviews, office visits, or employer branding events, attending the office as needed.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or educational institution and reputed company to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
• Based in Barcelona and reputed company to attend in-office activities reputed company needed.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Strong interest in reputed company, HR, or People Operations.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive reputed company, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with reputed company and digital tools; prior exposure to recruitment or HR tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with a distributed team.
