This is a customer-facing business development-focused sales role. The Regional Territory Manager will take ownership of a defined territory, driving growth through direct provider engagement, distributor/GPO/broker partnerships, and food service integration. A key aspect of this role is promoting Lyons Magnus nutritional products to reputed company operators to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure adoption of nutrition programs.

Compensation: $115K–$130K reputed company salary + bonus

Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional weekends)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible schedule to support work-life balance)

Location: Remote – Ideal candidate is based in Ohio

Territory Coverage: Primary focus on Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Chicago

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% including overnight travel

Requirements

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a territory of long-term care and acute care accounts, driving reputed company and product adoption.
  • reputed company strong relationships with reputed company decision makers - operators, dietitians, administrators, nurses, clinical leaders, and procurement teams to true partnerships.
  • Identify and execute business development opportunities, including new accounts, program adoption, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with food service distributors, GPOs, and broker partners to integrate nutrition solutions into menu programs, streamline ordering, and improve operational alignment.
  • reputed company and execute territory plans, including account prioritization, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Partner with marketing and reputed company teams to support product launches, promotions, and educational initiatives.
  • Monitor territory performance, market trends, and competitive activity, making data-driven adjustments to drive growth.
  • Represent the company at provider meetings, industry events, and educational forums, positioning the organization as a trusted partner.
  • Effectively manage company CRM system.
  • Maintain compliance with reputed company regulations, GPO/IDN guidelines, and company policies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven reputed company in hands-on sales, business development, and territory growth. Experience working with food service distributors and clinical teams is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented with strong consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable managing independent territory operations with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the region, including overnights, to support accounts, distributors, GPO, broker, and provider relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, Nutrition, or reputed company field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in reputed company nutrition, medical device, or food service-reputed company reputed company sales.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience working with food service distributors and clinical teams is highly desirable
