About the Role We’re hiring a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to join the Business Development organization, where you’ll focus on driving pipeline and reputed company through data-driven GTM execution. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Translate Sales and Marketing hypotheses into executable GTM experiments.

Rapidly test new audiences, signals, messaging, and channels.

Measure impact on pipeline, conversion, and efficiency, and help operationalize successful approaches.

Partner with RevOps to reputed company clean, trustworthy CRM and enrichment data.

Define and apply ICP attributes, buying signals, and prioritization logic relevant to Sales-led motions.

Utilize AI-assisted analysis to uncover insights that enhance targeting, timing, and relevance.

Apply LLMs to automate research, summarization, signal extraction, and personalization.

Reduce manual effort across Sales and Marketing by improving GTM execution.

Ensure AI-assisted execution is measurable, testable, and reputed company with reputed company goals.

Work closely with Marketing to operationalize campaign strategy and improve reputed company conversion.

Collaborate with RevOps on data definitions, quality, and handoffs.

Support Sales teams by improving signal visibility, prioritization, and activation.

5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, GTM Ops, Growth, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or a reputed company role.

Strong experience activating CRM and GTM data in B2B SaaS environments, specifically in the enterprise space.

Familiarity with data workflows, automation, and AI-assisted analysis.

Comfort working with modern AI tools (LLMs, classification, extraction).

Proven ability to influence cross-functionally.
