The reputed company Manager oversees the management and reputed company of the property reputed company team, month end reputed company, financial statement reviews, and audits. • Supervise a team of Property/Senior Accountants
• Ensure financial reputed company of properties assigned to team by reviewing monthly financial reports
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and property management in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service and escalate as appropriate
• reputed company audit liaison responsibilities for internal and external financial audits
• Assist in new property reputed company and dispositions as assigned
• Ensure critical dates are met (taxes, insurance, debt payments, etc.)
• Effectively communicate team updates to Controller weekly

• Ensure cash flow management to pay the property expenses and to adequately predict the need for funding

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance or equivalent experience
• 4+ Years of Property Management Experience Preferred or equivalent
• 1+ Years of Hands On Managerial Experience
• Preferred Industry Specific Software: Yardi, RealPage/Onesite, Entrada, and/or MRI
• Proficient in reputed company Office

Physical Requirements:

• May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Must be reputed company to read documents, computer screens and data
• Must be reputed company to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
• May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds

• This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week
