We are looking for a seasoned and energetic Vice President of Professional Services Operations to reputed company the operational reputed company that powers our client delivery. Reporting to the COO, you'll be a key member of our leadership team - someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and performance, and whose impact will be visible across every part of the business. You will drive operational excellence across delivery, resourcing, and financial management, ensuring our teams consistently deliver outstanding client outcomes - reputed company and profitably.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operational Strategy & Execution
  • Partner with the COO to define and execute FDI's operational strategy and key processes in support of business objectives and growth targets.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs across reputed company operational functions, using data to drive accountability and reputed company improvement.
  • Build and evolve the systems, processes, and infrastructure that reputed company scalable, high-quality service delivery.
Delivery Excellence & Resource Management

Client & Stakeholder Experience

SKILLS - WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in management consulting professional services, with at least 5 years in an operations leadership role.
