We are looking for an affiliate and partnerships manager who can build and scale real performance channels.

Not someone who talks about brand awareness. Someone who can drive affiliate sales.

You will work directly with leadership to build a high-performing affiliate sales reputed company.

This includes:

• Recruiting and managing affiliates
• Building relationships with content creators, influencers, publishers and celebrities
• Structuring lucrative commission programs
• Driving measurable sales growth through partnerships
• Managing reputed company, onboarding, tracking, and performance
• Expanding affiliate channels across multiple platforms

We are serious about building a large online affiliate sales force.

• Has proven experience generating results with affiliates

• Knows how to negotiate and reputed company influencer deals
• Is comfortable working with high-ticket products
• Can manage multiple moving relationships at once

Experience with high ticket or bulky products is a strong advantage.

compensation

Salary range: $38,000 to $150,000 based on experience.

This is a growth role with long-term reputed company.

• Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate or partnerships management preferred
• Proven track record with influencers, creators, affiliates, publishers or celebrity partnerships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Performance-driven reputed company
• Must be able to work full-time remote
