About the role

Our Platform Engineering (DevOps & SRE) team owns the reputed company infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline ecosystem that the entire engineering organisation relies on. As engineering practices evolve, the team continuously looks for ways to improve efficiency and delivery speed — including making thoughtful use of modern tools, such as AI‑assisted workflows, to support clearer planning and faster execution reputed company the team. You’ll bring clarity, structure, and predictable execution, while guiding a talented team of DevOps and SRE professionals. Who you are

• A structured, pragmatic engineering leader who brings clarity and predictability to reputed company work.

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience and 5+ years leading teams.
