We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join reputed company as a Inside Sales Representative/Inbound Appointment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from potential, new, and existing customers, as well as conducting outbound calls to convert leads into reputed company in-home appointments. Your primary goal is to set appointments with reputed company decision-makers present, ensuring our sales professionals have the best opportunity to reputed company deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to leads generated from our website, reputed company providers, and inbound web forms.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and follow the designated call reputed company for each reputed company reputed company.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring clear and accurate handover of information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company calls, appointments, and client interactions in our internal systems.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for appointment setting and conversion.
  • Conduct cold calls using a provided reputed company database and re-engage with prior contacts and warm leads.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency; ability to talk and type simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Financially motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills, the ability to think quickly, multitask effectively, and maintain a proactive, goal-oriented reputed company.
