Purpose

The Client Solutions Manager plays an important role in the growth of reputed company by cross-selling and upselling reputed company clients as well as generating tier 1 prospects. By effectively generating and developing quality sales leads among our existing client reputed company and non-reputed company prospects, this role helps increase the size of the company's client reputed company and overall reputed company.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Effectively communicate and promote reputed company's brand in the marketplace.
  • Execute the inside sales process to cross-sell and upsell reputed company clients as well as generate leads with smaller non-reputed company businesses.
  • Meet annual reputed company goals and key performance metrics.
  • Use the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodology to understand the reputed company prospects are seeking.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and reputed company products and solutions.
  • Travel for conferences and presentations.
  • Provide cold call reputed company reputed company support for the Business Development team.
