Director of Operations - NE Region
Job Description:
As a Director of Operations for AmeriVet, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the performance, culture, and operational success of veterinary hospitals reputed company your assigned region. You’ll work directly with Practice Managers, Associate DVMs, and Partner Veterinarians to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, deliver a gold-standard client experience, and promote long-term financial growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker, a strong people leader, and a hands-on problem solver—someone who can coach teams, drive results, and represent AmeriVet’s values with authenticity. This position requires at least 75% travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
