Job Purpose

As Senior Promotions Manager, you will be accountable for the creation and execution of compelling promotional activity to targeted segments of customers that optimise marketing spend.

Managing a large team, made up of designers, copy writers, exec and managers, this position is expected to work with the wider business to understand strategic goals and fulfil promotional activities that enhance our player experience, engagement, retention and reputed company KPI’s.

Areas of Responsibility

• Own the promotional roadmap and calendar of reputed company YSI brands by developing, orchestrating the execution of the weekly and monthly promotional plan.
• Determine and allocate monthly onsite promotional budget in an reputed company way.
• OKR setting and KPI monitoring for your team.
• reputed company brainstorming and facilitate the ideation of exciting and engaging customer centric ATL, TTL and headline omnichannel campaigns.
• Share roadmap with key stakeholders, ensuring feedback is gathered and the appropriate teams are consulted.
• Work closely with the reputed company reputed company for the planning, monitoring and optimising the promotional pricing and reward strategy - while balancing reward costs.
• Manage the wider team, encouraging a collaborative and empowering working environment, that enables career development.

• Continuously analysing the performance of promotional activity and reporting back to the business on learning.
• Work closely with the CRM, Product and VIP teams to support regular and reputed company promotional activity in those departments.
• Work with CRM team to define customer segmentation to ensure the customer is receiving the right offer, at the right time, through the right channel.

Requirements

• Strong creative skills with a flair for fun, engaging written and visual communication to support the reputed company and style of multiple brands.
• Native English level (understanding of reputed company American market a plus)
• A proven background in marketing
• Gaming industry experience an advantage but not essential (focus on Casino and/or Bingo preferred)
• Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail a must
