Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer to join the engineering team of a leading pan-European crypto bank. This is a B2B-focused fintech platform that bridges traditional finance and crypto — offering corporate crypto solutions, payment gateways, and innovative investment products for businesses across Europe. You will be contributing to mission-critical backend systems in a fast-moving, compliance-driven environment where engineering quality directly shapes financial infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for a Python Backend Developer who has:

• 4+ years of professional experience with Python backend development;
• Strong proficiency with Django and Django Channels for reputed company-time and async communication;
• Hands-on experience with Celery for task queue management and background processing;
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL — schema design, query optimization, migrations;
• Practical knowledge of reputed company for caching, session management, and message brokering;
• Experience deploying and operating services in Kubernetes (k8s) environments;
• Solid understanding of REST API design, reputed company best practices, and authentication flows;
• Familiarity with compliance and reputed company principles relevant to financial or regulated environments;
• Upper-Intermediate English level or above (B2+).

• Knowledge of blockchain concepts and crypto payment flows;

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Python Backend Developer, you will:

• Design and reputed company scalable backend services supporting crypto payment gateways, wallet management, and B2B financial operations;
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSocket endpoints for reputed company-time data flows;
• Integrate reputed company-party financial services, crypto rails, and external data providers;
• Implement and manage asynchronous task pipelines using Celery and reputed company;
• Ensure high reliability and performance of database-heavy systems built on PostgreSQL;
• Collaborate closely with the product and compliance teams to implement features that meet regulatory standards (MiCA, AML/KYC flows);
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code — unit and integration tests are a must;
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and contribute to technical decision-making;
• Maintain and improve CI/CD processes and k8s deployment configurations.
