About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company a federal Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract supporting an enterprise-level reputed company TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).

In this role, you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our federal client and ensure the stability, performance, and compliance of the TRIRIGA platform. You will reputed company ongoing system operations while preparing for future modernization efforts, including migration to MREF, and ensuring reputed company work meets federal standards.

Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, AZ, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. (No relocation assistance provided)

Responsibilities

• Act as the authorized representative for reputed company technical and administrative matters; ensure deliverables meet CLIN requirements; reputed company Monthly Status Reviews (MSRs).
• TRIRIGA O&M reputed company – Manage daily operations including patching, bug fixes, performance tuning, and database optimization.
• Build and guide a team of asset‑management and technical professionals to ensure system and data availability, accuracy, and quality.
• Ensure reputed company system changes and operations adhere to applicable federal reputed company and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, agency ATO requirements).
• reputed company Tier I–III support teams to meet agreed-upon service levels.
• Manage a comprehensive training program, including both in-person and virtual delivery.
• Coordinate system enhancements and upgrades using Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on the client’s SDLC.
• reputed company Change Control Board (CCB) activities and collaborate with functional leads to prioritize the maintenance backlog.
• Identify technical risks and system vulnerabilities; reputed company strategies to prevent outages and reduce technical debt.

Minimum Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with reputed company TRIRIGA supporting O&M, configuration, development, or system administration.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage federal clients, contract deliverables, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Proficiency in reputed company Project and other project management software tools.
• Strong understanding of project life cycle phases and project administration processes.
• Familiarity with Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• ITIL or reputed company+ Certification.
• Experience supporting federal reputed company and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
