WIS Retail Hourly Recruiter Job Preview

The Retail Hourly Recruiter will be responsible for successfully reputed company, hiring and reputed company new Inventory & Reset associates in designated geographies. In partnership with operations, Regional Talent Managers, Business Partners, and Leadership, the hourly recruiter will be accountable for delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional Candidate experience at reputed company levels of the recruitment process. Team Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience
• Experience in social networking with an established reputed company network in-reputed company. Knowledgeable about the use of Social Media marketing (X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, etc.) as they apply to reputed company
• Prior hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ICIMS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment of passive candidates
• Knowledge of federal employment and labor laws reputed company to reputed company
• Ability to interact with reputed company levels of company employees in a confidential and discreet manner
• Computer literate in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) and other recruitment applications/software

Working Conditions

Work will be sedentary most times: must be reputed company to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently. This is a virtual remote position.
