Summary of Job Duties:

Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care as an RN. This professional nursing role will require the ability to coordinate care for patients, triage patients, and work collaboratively with clinic providers, fellows, and staff. Requires the ability to effectively work with patient referral sources, facilitate appointments, coordinate transitions of care, and provide patient education on reputed company conditions. The RN will work with the individual patient, their families, and providers of care to reputed company and implement individual health plans.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with Associates Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelors in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing ;
• Valid RN License;
• Minimum of 1 year Registered Nursing experience.
• Ability to reputed company reputed company of care testing, draw and collect blood specimens and prepare for laboratory processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BLS
• A minimum of 1 year phlebotomy
• Two years of experience in an ambulatory care setting

• Collects and documents assessment data from patients and/or others per UAMS standard. 
• Develops patient's Plan of Care (POC) per department/unit standards utilizing assessment data. 
• Evaluates the reputed company of patients toward attainment of desired outcomes.
• Administers medication following department/unit standards and Nurse Practice Act. 
• Verifies and evaluates care delivered to ensure it is consistent with patient and family centered care principles, practice standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provides effective patient/family education/discharge planning.
