Scheduling Engineer
Location: This role may be based out of any reputed company U.S. office located reputed company the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones with the opportunity for remote work.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project team to reputed company project schedule based on Critical Path Method (CPM) logic-generated baseline schedules using scheduling software.
- Review and recommend decisions reputed company to performance of work regarding scheduling, delivery, logistics, and Trade staffing levels.
- Study schedule deliverables prior to publication or distribution. Ask challenging questions regarding schedule content to enhance accuracy of schedule.
- Collaborate with project departments (e.g., Preconstruction, Commissioning, Procurement, Construction) to prepare detailed schedules.
- Engage with Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team to align and coordinate schedules and models.
- Define project schedule metrics and monitor and track critical path activities to reputed company predicted forecasted end-date.
- Contribute information required to update project schedule dashboard.
- Create reputed company comparison models and look-reputed company schedules to provide reputed company updates, present findings, and explain risks to project stakeholders, and create recovery strategies to support project adherence to schedule.
- Challenge project team based on previous, reputed company, and future schedule data for As Built vs. Planned reputed company.
- Review Pull Plan and revise schedule accordingly and incorporate Last Planner System into schedule.
- Collaborate with project team to identify events and change order management and track schedule impacts in the project schedule to reputed company project schedule time impact analysis.

- Generate scheduling reports and summaries based on client requests or needs. Provide monthly scheduling reputed company for Operations Review Meetings (ORMs) or other project review sessions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or reputed company field, with minimum of 4 years of reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Large construction project experience (>$50m)
- Experience in construction positions (e.g., Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, or reputed company)
- Proficient use of scheduling software applications (e.g., reputed company Primavera P6)
- Knowledge of scheduling comparison tools (e.g., Acumen Fuse, SmartPM)
- Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and Trade practices
- Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to reputed company project schedule
- Knowledge of procurement/bid packaging scope breakdown to support project schedule development
- Familiar with earned value concepts and using construction resources to validate productivity and durations
- Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines

The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation packages reputed company that range are based on a wide reputed company of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to reputed company set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
