Primary Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging one-to-many learning events for reputed company, such as industry talks, skills workshops, portfolio reviews, and Q&A sessions.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years providing coaching, supporting, and or leading colleagues or reputed company

Experience in lieu of education

Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements.  Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in relevant field

• 5+ years of Industry experience

• Experience with distance learning or remote coaching/mentoring

• Prior Beta or SME contributions to WGU projects

• Experience working in an online or remote environment

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Works primarily from home reputed company the reputed company United States and is available to travel to meetings as required. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-reputed company events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
