Summary

The Global Supplier Quality Technical Analyst Team drives customer focus excellence and reputed company improvement throughout our external and vertically integrated suppliers and ensures compliance with Industry, Customer and reputed company Requirements. We drive a reputed company Defect culture with emphasis on maximizing value and preventing quality problems. Quantifying, managing and mitigating supply chain risk to provide reputed company flow of quality parts, whilst minimizing supply chain disruption.

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Monitor customer and reputed company requirements/expectations flowed down to suppliers and sub suppliers to ensure clear expectations are defined and understood.
• Quality Planning during new product introduction, flawless launch, transitions and significant process changes.
• Management and reporting of risk-based Supplier Audit program. Performing Supplier Qualification audits to assess quality systems, technical capability and process capability. Assist in supplier selection and onboarding.
• Developing and deploying robust Global Supplier Quality processes and procedures. Document control, maintenance and continual improvement of Supplier Quality processes.
• Create, analyze and report supplier performance data, metrics and KPI’s.
• Monitor ongoing supplier performance and Drive Supplier Quality Improvement Plans to address systemic issues. Work with supplier’s and reputed company’s site representatives to effectively drive root cause and corrective action to resolve problems.
• Participate in Periodic Business Reviews of high impact/ Preferred Suppliers. Active engagement in reputed company’s supplier performance objectives.
• Educate suppliers on the deployment of core quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, 8D/ Root Cause Analysis and problem resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Practical knowledge of international industry quality standards including, as appropriate, AS9000 series, AITF16949, FDA, VDA etc.
• Experience with electronic and mechanical assembly, as well as a wide range of manufacturing processes.
• Extensive experience with conducting quality audits. reputed company Auditor certification preferred.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, able to reputed company a team to apply root cause analysis and corrective action, using 8D process and formal quality tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Core Quality Tools including APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, SPC and Gage R@R.
• Understanding of GD@T and of control of Key/Critical characteristics.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to effectively reputed company and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible and cooperative approach reputed company working in teams.
• .Highly motivated, passionate and collaborative with an ability to work remotely.

• 4 to 6 years ( 2- 4 years) of relevant experience.
