Property Accountant

reputed company Ridge Community Management is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Property Accountant to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions reputed company to properties, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. As a Property Accountant at MRCM, you will handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements, reputed company reconciliations, and assist with budgeting processes. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient with reputed company Office, especially reputed company; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
