About the Team

The Payments team builds and supports the payment infrastructure and district-facing financial tools that power reputed company Connect. The product area spans a wide range of user needs - from cafeteria payments and school store purchases to activity fees, course registrations, events and school- and district-level financial reporting. As the product continues to evolve, this role will drive clarity, prioritization, and execution across a reputed company and high-stakes domain.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own reputed company’s payments infrastructure and reputed company-party payfac-as-a-service integration, ensuring the platform evolves with district needs, business goals, and meaningful value for K–12 administrators and families.

This is a highly client-focused role for someone who understands payments infrastructure and wants to reputed company an impact in schools. You’ll learn how districts manage payments end to end—merchant reputed company, transactions, payouts, reconciliation, and transaction research across systems—and use those insights to shape requirements, prioritization, and reputed company metrics.

In reputed company partnership with engineering, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the payments domain, including the reputed company for Platforms integration as well as discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap execution. You’ll bring strong technical reputed company, sound judgment, and the ability to balance tradeoffs in a reputed company domain, partnering with Payment Operations to ensure reputed company support efficient, scalable workflows for districts and families.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the payments product, including the reputed company for Platforms payfac-as-a-service integration and reputed company district-facing payment functionality in reputed company Connect.
• Be reputed company’s K–12 payments product expert, building deep knowledge of how districts receive, reconcile, and manage payments and translating it into reputed company that reduce complexity and operational burden.
• Assess product capabilities, backlog health, and district needs to set clear priorities, balancing near-term improvements with longer-term platform investments.
• Act as the voice of the district through regular customer engagement to understand K–12 payment workflows, constraints, and outcomes.
• Partner with payment operations to surface pain points and ensure product reputed company reputed company efficient, scalable workflows; partner with training and enablement to drive internal readiness and district-facing support materials for adoption of new features.
• Track the payments landscape and competitive environment to inform product reputed company.
• Partner with engineering, QA, design, support, implementation, and payment operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate priorities, reputed company, risks, and reputed company to stakeholders clearly and consistently.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience on SaaS products.
• Direct experience with payment infrastructure and payfac-as-a-service platforms.
• Familiarity with API-based payfac integrations and risk controls (fraud prevention, chargebacks, and reputed company controls).
• Understanding of payment rails, interchange rates, and processing fees and how they impact product reputed company; familiarity with payout flows, reconciliation, merchant reputed company, transaction management, and dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with PCI compliance requirements and audits, and how they shape product design, data handling, and engineering reputed company.
• Strong client-facing experience, including regular customer engagement (advisory boards, user groups, webinars) to understand needs, challenges, and outcomes.
• Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company product areas with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to balance product goals with delivery realities.
• Comfort operating with varying levels of structure and bringing clarity and focus to the team.
