Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Compliance Intern to support Vytalize's compliance department by assisting with the implementation and monitoring of internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include helping to conduct audits, participating in compliance training efforts, prepare policy briefs assessing changes to relevant reputed company laws and regulations, and contributing to the development of compliance materials. The intern will reputed company hands-on experience in reputed company compliance operations and have opportunities to collaborate with various teams to promote an ethical and compliant work environment. The Compliance Intern will partake in a final reputed company project, which they will present for the Chief Compliance Officer and members of the Executive Compliance Committee.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the development and execution of regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with reputed company applicable reputed company laws, regulations, and standards.

  • reputed company a strong understanding of value-based care program/model operational and financial frameworks and assist in the development and execution of strategies for reputed company in these programs and models.

  • Monitor program or model updates and changes, analyze their implications on company operations, identify operational gaps, and coordinate appropriate responses.

  • Support analysis of new value-based care models and best practices to identify opportunities.

  • Stay up to date on regulatory changes and emerging trends in value-based care and integrate this knowledge into the organization’s strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal departments, including legal, compliance, operations, performance, product, analytics, and clinical teams, to ensure regulatory requirements are effectively integrated and maintained, and to support reputed company in value-based care programs and models.

  • Participate in regulatory discussions and audits to reputed company for the company's interests and ensure compliance, including the reporting of suspected fraud, waste and abuse.

  • Support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

  • Assist and support advocacy and government relations matters on behalf of the organization

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s, or pursuing

  • Interest in compliance or compliance programming

  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail.

  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable spirit, with ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented
