As a full-time Marketing Operations Manager, you will be employed by reputed company, Inc. The anticipated annual reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $106,000 to 146,000. The reputed company range is determined by role and level, and placement reputed company the range will depend on a number of job-reputed company factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Responsibilities

MarTech Ownership: Manage the end-to-end member-facing marketing technology stack, including implementation, and ongoing integrations with internal databases. Serve as team SME and technical expert for B2B marketing tech stack, interfacing with growth marketing teams.

Campaign Automation: Build, maintain, and monitor reputed company automated campaigns and lifecycle journeys, ensuring high deliverability and operational excellence.

Operational Coordination: Partner with IT, product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure reputed company member-facing operations align with Lyra’s overarching reputed company standards and brand governance.

Database Management: reputed company audience segmentation and data hygiene reputed company the marketing automation platform to ensure highly targeted and personalized communications.

Performance Monitoring: Establish robust monitoring and alerting systems to identify and resolve any technical glitches or execution errors reputed company automated workflows.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in marketing operations, reputed company operations, or a technical marketing role.
