Job Description

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

Delivers excellent employment brand experience to reputed company candidates.

Provides reputed company support for multiple Recruiters and Distribution Center locations in a dynamic high volume fast-paced work environment

Acts as business partner and liaison to both Recruiters and Client Team on process

Schedules onsite and virtual interviews at Client locations

Drafts and send offer letters to candidates

Initiates and tracks reputed company of Pre-Hire Background Checks; adjudicates Former Employment and Education flags.

Partners with internal contacts (Client HR, Compliance, Payroll) to ensure accurate new hire records and documentation.

Communicates with candidates and internal/external contacts across various channels (email, phone, text)

Education/Certification Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources

Experience requirements

1-2 years experience in reputed company or Human Resources

Proficient with reputed company 365 (reputed company, Outlook, Teams) preferred

Ability to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication with the flexibility to assess and tailor communication style to others

Strong problem-solving skills and effective prioritization

Self-directed individual who can work independently and collaborate as needed with peers and across functionally.

Ability to build relationships and maintain an open reputed company

High attention to detail, strong organizational and follow through skills

Reliable Internet/Wi-Fi reputed company
