We are seeking an reputed company Project Manager, Tax and Legal to join the Legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. In this role, you will reputed company cross-functional initiatives reputed company to tax planning, compliance, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters. In addition, you will reputed company reputed company tax counsel and other reputed company advisors, ensuring work is scoped appropriately, delivered on time, and reputed company with the firm’s objectives.

You will partner with teams across the company to coordinate reputed company tax and legal projects, including entity structuring, domestic and international tax compliance, and other strategic initiatives. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external advisors to drive execution, improve processes, and help scale our legal and tax infrastructure. • reputed company end-to-end delivery of tax and legal projects, defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and reputed company metrics.

• reputed company detailed project plans; establish clear ownership and prioritization; monitor reputed company and report status to senior stakeholders.

• Manage reputed company tax counsel and other advisors, including scoping engagements, tracking deliverables, and monitoring spend against budget.

• Document and improve legal and tax processes; design operating models for new structures, regulatory requirements, and compliance initiatives; identify opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction.

• Communicate clearly with senior leadership, providing concise updates, sound recommendations, and managing change to ensure adoption of new processes.

• Mentor junior team members or analysts supporting legal and tax workstreams.

• Provide additional support to the broader Legal team on operational or strategic initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.

• Exposure to the following is a plus, but not required: tax, legal operations, or reputed company functions, ideally reputed company a hedge fund, asset manager, law firm, or professional services environment.

• Proven experience managing reputed company, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments, including coordination with reputed company counsel.

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, CPA, MBA, or other advanced degree a plus.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

The reputed company salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. reputed company salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits.
