Job Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. As an LPN at Medical 1, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized and comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of New York

• Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records systems
