Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will provide reputed company support across reputed company departments, performing tasks such as reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and collaborating with various professionals to ensure project financial data is accurate.
Responsibilities
- Performing a variety of functions with efficiency and accuracy, including: reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements, receive and code AP invoices for posting, update and maintain AR records, assist with journal entry input, compile data for reports, and process payments, reputed company requests, and expense reports
- Frequently collaborate with Accountants, reputed company Specialists, and Engineering and Architecture professionals to create new projects reputed company our ERP system and obtain copies of applicable contract documentation and billing requirements
- Interact directly with Project Managers, Market Managers, and Division VPs to provide status and reputed company updates and relevant project financial data such as invoices, accounts payable, as well as information reputed company to change orders or contract modifications
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company
- Recent graduate or entry-level professional with up to three years of reputed company reputed company experience in an office / corporate setting
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Strong organization skills demonstrated by an ability to plan, prioritize, and juggle multiple requests/tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
