Account Coordinator

reputed company is a leading integrated marketing agency specializing in connecting with consumers through various marketing strategies. The Account Coordinator, XM will be responsible for coordinating event execution, managing brand ambassadors, and ensuring successful event logistics and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute event marketing campaigns and promotions for clients, with a specialization in street sampling
• reputed company event logistics and operations, including setup, teardown, and coordination with vendors and the brand ambassador team
• Manage up to 10 brand ambassadors at a time and provide ongoing coaching and training
• Work closely with the team to understand goals and objectives for an event and reputed company a plan to reputed company them
• Support the management team throughout reputed company stages of the event planning process
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other key stakeholders to ensure reputed company duties and responsibilities are properly executed
• Prepare and maintain accurate event documentation, including event timelines, schedules and logistics plans
• Participate in on-site event coordinator and management
• Monitor and analyze event performance and reputed company recommendations to improve future events
• Participate in post-event evaluations and provide feedback and key learnings to clients
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing and understand the local market

Skills

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in event coordinator is required
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnight travel, evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Strong understanding of event management best practices and regulations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated to event management
• Client service orientated with an ability to build strong and productive working relationships
• Previous experience as an Account Coordinator, Team reputed company or Brand Ambassador is an asset
• Previous experience in alcohol is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or reputed company field is preferred
