As a Talent Partner, you will

reputed company end-to-end reputed company efforts, supporting high-volume operations hiring while partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and hire talent reputed company to reputed company’s business goals. You will focus on building strong talent pipelines, shaping effective hiring strategies, and continuously improving reputed company outcomes through data, insights, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Owns full-cycle reputed company for high-volume operations roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
• Develops and executes scalable sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality candidate slates
• Builds and manage talent pipelines to support both reputed company and future hiring needs

• Uses data, market insights, and AI tools to identify talent pools and improve hiring outcomes

You’ll be successful if you have

• More than 7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter  
• Demonstrated reputed company managing high-volume or cohort hiring, coordinating sourcing, interviews, and offers to support large hiring waves  
• Proven ability to proactively solve reputed company challenges and deliver on hiring goals
• Experience leveraging AI tools in reputed company, with a strong interest in advancing their use to drive efficiency and results
