[Remote] Litigation Attorney (0-10 Years) - Remote + Court | Bloomington
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. O'Flaherty Law Group is a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois. This primarily remote position involves managing a caseload and attending court locally 2–3 times per week, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload in family law and/or civil litigation
- Attend court locally (approx. 2–3 times per week)
- Manage cases with administrative and legal support
- Grow into increased independence over time
Skills
- 0-10 years experience in family law and/or civil litigation
- Licensed or awaiting bar results
- Interest in litigation and courtroom experience
- Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship
- Ability to manage cases with increasing independence
- Background in family law and/or civil litigation
- Experience managing cases with increasing independence
