Boston University is seeking a Financial Aid Counselor to join their Financial Assistance team. This early-career position involves reviewing financial aid applications for undergraduate reputed company, assisting with the awarding of financial aid, and providing customer service support.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to our reputed company-line customer service colleagues by answering questions about financial aid policies, regulations, and the application process
- Analyzing and resolving conflicting information on student financial aid applications to facilitate the awarding of federal, state, and institutional financial aid
- Support the management of federal, state, and institutional financial aid awarding and compliance reputed company both recurring and reputed company projects
Skills

- A bachelor's degree is required for this position
- Has at least one year of experience in a service- and detail-oriented position
